Pepper is calm and collected, a significant opposite to her normally eccentric and out of hand boss. Many see this as her being a bit cold, but it couldn't be farther from the truth when it comes to her friendships.

Pepper maintains many professional and personal relationships. She is good friends with Steph Rogers and Pete White and keeps in close touch with both.

Her relationship with her employer, Anthony Stark is strictly professional to the public. However, they maintain a romantic relationship behind the scenes that only a small handful of friends know about.
